Wrestling Programs

Our "Mighty Rangers" program is designed for our youngest wrestlers, focusing on physical fitness, basic wrestling movements, and fun, wrestling-related games and competitions. It's the perfect introduction to the sport, offering a light-hearted approach that keeps kids engaged and excited about being active.

For older kids, our 3rd-5th grade program caters to all skill levels—from beginners to advanced wrestlers. Participants will learn the fundamentals of wrestling, advanced techniques and strategies, and develop strength and endurance. The program also emphasizes building positive habits and making new friends in a team-oriented environment.
